Product Care & Use

A little care for your cozy layer.

Start with your product’s instructions.

Use the manual and care label supplied with your specific robe or wearable blanket. Those instructions take priority over general guidance on this page.

Before using the heating.

Check the product’s electrical rating, power requirements and controller instructions. Product models can differ. If a label or instruction is missing or unclear, contact cozrobe@gmail.com before use.

Before cleaning.

Follow the supplied instructions for disconnecting electrical components, washing and drying. Do not assume all robes and blankets have the same cleaning requirements. The Princess Heated listing specifies disconnecting the controller before a gentle machine cycle; confirm this against the instructions supplied with your item.

Keep the details handy.

Keep the care label and manual with your product information. If you need help, send the product name and a photo of the care label through our Contact page.
