Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the final total, shipping and any applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through the payment options offered at checkout. Never send payment card details by email.

Your order

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. We will send an order confirmation by email. If an item cannot be supplied or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

Shipping and returns

We accept orders for supported destinations worldwide. Select your destination at checkout to confirm availability, shipping options and charges. Delivery and delay handling are explained in our Shipping Policy. Our Return and Refund Policy provides 30-day returns for eligible unused items, with COZROBE covering return shipping for eligible US returns.
